How to automate your type beats

Posting type beats by hand means doing the same five jobs for every beat. This guide shows which of those jobs can be automated, what still needs you, and how to set it up in Konnect so each new beat is one upload.

The manual routine you are replacing

  1. Render a video for the beat.
  2. Upload it to YouTube.
  3. Write the title, description and tags.
  4. Upload the same file to your beat store.
  5. Write the title, description and tags again, set prices, publish.

Every step is the same each time except two decisions: which artist the beat is for, and when it should come out. Those stay yours. Everything else can run on its own.

What to decide once

What to decide per beat

Only the artist. Titles follow the format listeners search, artist first. Here is what Konnect writes for a beat called "Nightfall" (this example is generated by the same code that writes real uploads):

Title
Drake Type Beat "Nightfall"
Collab title
Gunna x Lil Baby Type Beat "Nightfall"
Base tags
Drake, Drake type beat, type beat, instrumental, rap beat, hip hop, free beat, trap, 2026

Plans in one line

5 uploads a month on the free plan, unlimited on paid plans; a 14-day Starter trial when you sign up. Autopilot scheduling is on paid plans; the watch folder and API are on Business. Konnect takes 3% of a sale on the free plan, 1% on Starter and 0% on Pro, and nothing when nothing sells. Stripe's standard processing fee also applies.

How to automate type beat uploads

  1. Set up your profile once

Add your producer name and links so every description carries them.

  2. Connect YouTube and turn on your store

Sign in with Google for your channel, then set your MP3, WAV and stem licence prices.

  3. Choose a release rhythm

Turn on Autopilot (paid plans) and pick an interval, or exact days and times in your timezone.

  4. Upload a batch

Drop in up to 10 beats on a paid plan, or upload from the FL Studio plugin, and pick the artist for each.

  5. Check the queue

Each beat gets its video, title, description and tags and waits for its slot. You can move a release or post one now.

  6. Make the next beat

New beats join the end of the queue. Your channel and store keep updating without another upload session.

Questions producers ask

Can I automate type beat uploads to YouTube?

Yes. Konnect uploads to your own channel through YouTube's official API after you sign in with Google, with the video, title, description and tags already made.

How should I title a type beat?

Artist name first, then "Type Beat", then the beat name in quotes, for example Drake Type Beat "Nightfall". Collabs name every artist: Gunna x Lil Baby Type Beat "Nightfall".

How many beats can I upload at once?

Up to 10 per upload on paid plans and one at a time on the free plan.

How do I schedule type beats to release automatically?

Turn on Autopilot (paid plans). Choose "every N hours" or name days and times (up to 6 a day) in your timezone; batches fill the next free slots in order.

Do I have to use FL Studio?

No. The website accepts audio files from any DAW. The plugin is an extra for FL Studio on Windows.
