Beat automation: upload a beat once, Konnect does the rest
Konnect is beat automation for type beat producers. You drop in a finished beat and pick the artist it is for. Konnect renders the video, writes the title, description and tags in the format buyers search, uploads it to your YouTube channel and lists the beat in your own store with MP3, WAV and stem licences.

What "beat automation" means here
In a DAW, automation means envelopes and filter sweeps. That is not this page. For a producer who sells type beats, the slow part is everything after the beat is finished: render a video, upload it to YouTube, type the title, description and tags, then upload the same file to a beat store and type it all again. Beat automation is handing that whole routine to software so each new beat costs you one upload.
What Konnect automates
- Titles in the type beat format. The artist goes first, then the beat name, the way listeners search. Collab beats get every artist ("A x B Type Beat").
- Tags and description. Tags start from the artist names and, when data is available, from what the top YouTube videos for that artist are tagged with and what people type into YouTube and Google search. Key and BPM go into the description.
- Tempo and key. Read from the audio file, so you do not type them.
- The video. Rendered from your cover art, 16:9 by default, or a 9:16 Short if you ask for one.
- YouTube upload. Sent to your own channel after you sign in with Google. Konnect only uploads the videos you tell it to.
- Your beat store. The same upload lists the beat in your Konnect shop, with its own page and a buy button for each licence.
- Release schedule (Autopilot). On paid plans, a batch of beats is released one at a time: every N hours, or at the days and times you choose (up to 6 times a day) in your timezone.
Ways to get beats in
- The website: drag files in. Free accounts send one beat per upload; paid plans up to 10 at once.
- The FL Studio plugin: a free VST3 for Windows. Put it on the master, play the beat, type a title and press Upload. See the plugin page.
- A watch folder or the API (Business plan): export into a folder and every new file uploads itself; subfolder names set the type beat artist. See the API docs.

Questions producers ask
What is beat automation?
For beat sellers it means software that does the publishing work after a beat is finished: making the video, writing the title, description and tags, uploading to YouTube and listing the beat for sale. Konnect does all of those from one upload.
Is Konnect free?
There is a free plan: 5 uploads a month on the free plan, unlimited on paid plans. Signing up also starts a 14-day free trial of Starter.
Does Konnect take a cut of my beat sales?
Konnect takes 3% of a sale on the free plan, 1% on Starter and 0% on Pro, and nothing when nothing sells. Stripe's standard processing fee also applies.
Can it release my beats on a schedule?
Yes, on paid plans. Autopilot releases a batch one beat at a time, either every N hours or at the days and times you pick (up to 6 a day) in your own timezone.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything works in the browser. The FL Studio plugin (Windows, VST3) is optional and free.
Will automation get my beats more views?
Nobody can promise that, and Konnect does not. What it does is make every upload correctly titled and tagged and keep you posting on schedule, which is the part you control.
